Objective 1: Build EJAM’s base community

Objective 2: Develop EJAM Organizational Sustainability Plan

Objective 3: Develop EJAM logo, website, key messaging, presentation “toolkit,” and other promotional materials

Objective 4: Inspire and build capacity of Northside Minneapolis community to advocate localized sustainable economic initiatives

Objective 5: Assess and redesign EJAM membership model

Objective 6: Improve EJAM systems for organizational accountability

Objective 7: Strengthen relationships and systems of accountability with EJAM partner organizations

Objective 8: Diversify and grow EJAM physical, human and community assets and resources
